Friends in Texas

Bryce Merrill, Jon Bjarnson, Sam. These are my Frisbee buds. We won many games while at BYU. They are great athletes and friends. Jon showed me around Dallas some and he is a good example of being real and genuine. Bryce has an ideal job for a single male who likes to be active, Recreation Coordinator at a local YMCA. I'm jealous dude. Am I looking stronger???

I don't have any pictures of our fun times together at Dave and Busters, but Terry took me there. We played Arcade Basketball Shooting, (I got to get me one of those things), Deal or No Deal, shoot 'em up games, racing games, and trivia. It was a fun time. Terry took me also to a great Mexican restaurant and a burger dive that was pretty good. Terry is also a great source of information. He is currently getting a MBA from Wharton University and I haven't taken any business classes so I was able to pick his brain and learn some things I have always wanted to learn. Terry and I met 10 years ago at BYU and will be friends forever.

Ryan Fitt, Taylor, Sam. Ryan is a great friend. We were roommates at BYU, and also have been through lots together. I love visiting him cause he motivates me to be better. He showed me a special type of work out that he does called Tabata and here is the link, Fitty Tabata. Some of you might say that 4 minutes of working out is nothing, and for those of you who say that, I challenge you to try it. I did and the video is coming soon. I was dead. Granted I don't work out much, but I am in a bit of shape. Ryan is a physical giant when it comes to working out and he loves this workout. Taylor is his girl right now. She was very kind and pretty. They get along real well and I loved getting to know her for a day before she went out of town. They live in Houston and Ryan and I loved watching the Olympics. We watched every Michael Phelps swim he had. The best was when they had the 4X100 Relay and Jason Lezak came from behind to win. Both of us were screaming and jumping up and down. I can say that I was as excited watching that as most memorable sport moments. In fact I think one quote that was said, because the French were talking trash to the US team was, "Whadya think of that you French Bitches."
